Figure Review: Kotobukiya 1/7 Scale ArtFx Scout Trooper

This Kotobukiya 1/7 Scale ArtFx Scout Trooper has one of the best poses that ever accompanied an ArtFx statue. Displayed on its own or in the company of other Star Wars statues, this is an amazing piece of art.

Overall Rating

The Scout Trooper is sculpted in a superb half-kneeling pose with his pistol in his right hand ready to engage any rebel troopers or ewoks who may be close by as his eyes scanned the surrounding for any enemy combatants.

The base that comes with this statue features the forested floor of Endor. The slight weathering on the Scout Trooper’s armor with that slight tint of yellow hinted of the amount of combat and recon actions this imperial trooper has been through.

Overall, this is an extremely well-crafted piece and it is certainly value-for-money. Despite being released by Kotobukiya a few years back, this piece is surprisingly still available at some retail shops selling at its original retail price. Occasionally, a piece or two will also pop up on eBay at relatively good prices.

I rate this Kotobukiya Scout Trooper with a high score of 4 out of 5 (4/5).
