Figure Review: Sideshow Kit Fisto

Appearing in both Episode II and III of the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy, Kit Fisto is a Jedi Master and a member of the Jedi Council.

I bought this figure way back in 2006 but only recently did I finally “free” it from its box prison and display him together with my other Star Wars Jedi Masters such as Plo Koon, Mace Windu and Aayla Secura.

Accessories

Being one of the earlier 12-inch Star Wars figure release by Sideshow, Kit Fisto comes with a fairly large amount of accessories. Many of these accessories are nice to have but not really necessary for this Jedi Master. After all, skilled in the Force, Kit Fisto could deal with just any emergency situation that a Jedi General faces!!

Head Sculpt

The head sculpt is very well done. The talented artists at Sideshow have once again come out tops in sculpting an Alien Jedi.

Overall Figure

As is the case with most 12-inch Star Wars figures from Sideshow, not much assembly is needed. Displaying this figure is a simple process of removing it from the box, give it a light saber, and you have your Jedi General ready for battle.

Figure poseability is fairly good. The body comes with tight joints and holds its poses well. However, due to the much heavier head sculpt; this figure keeps toppling over in my display cabinet. I choose not to display it with its figure stand and to keep it standing well without toppling over; I have to lean it slightly against the wall of the display cabinet.

The legs couldn’t execute much poses due to the high leather boots that come with most Jedi figures. This is a problem but it can’t be helped.

Overall Rating
This is a very good figure. It is simply one of the best Alien Jedi that Sideshow has released so far. I would rate it as even better than Plo Koon and the recently released Aayla Secura.

I would award this figure a rating of 3.5 out of 5 (3.5/5).

Overall, this is a good Jedi figure to collect if you are a Star Wars fan!
